Wm. Cary Wright is Chair of Carlton Fields PA’s Construction Practice Group and has extensive experience representing clients in construction disputes, including construction claims, defective products, water intrusion; construction liens; insurance coverage matters; risk management; bond claims; and other contract disputes. Such engagements have involved bridges, convention centers, stadiums, high-rise condominiums, highways, hospitals, and hotels.
Mr. Wright also has substantial experience in contract drafting and contract review including the preparation of owner-contractor agreements and contractor-subcontractor agreements. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2008 and named “Lawyer of the Year” in Litigation-Construction in its 2013-2014 editions, named in Chambers USA Guide to America's Leading Business Lawyers (2007-2019 Band 1), included in Florida’s Super Lawyers (2006-2019), and selected for Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite” in 2007 and 2011-15.
