The Puget Sound CFMA chapter invites you to join us for an exciting jobsite tour opportunity!

Longacres Project Tour:  In December 2021, Unico purchased the Longacres campus from Boeing.  The campus is made up of 150 acres, (1) 330,000 sq foot office building and (1) 600,000 sq foot flight training center as well as a stand-alone day care and (2) support infrastructure buildings. Most notably, Unico signed a 20-year lease with the Sounders to convert 70,000 sq feet of the office building as well as 10 acres of land to a soccer training facility and general office.  

This tour is a chance to see part of the office building and an overview of the campus.  We will hear from Unico about the work that has been completed on the campus as well as plans for the future.  Note: This tour will be on one of the floors above the Sounders facility.  There will be a chance to overlook the soccer fields but, due to training schedules, we will not be able to tour the Sounders facility.
