Known for her high energy, exceptional organizational skills, and capacity to get things done, Lisa excels in aligning financial strategy with operational efficiency.

In her role at Levy, she oversees comprehensive financial reporting, budgeting, and analytic functions, partnering closely with executive leadership to ensure the company’s growth is both sustainable and strategically sound. Her deep construction-industry experience empowers The Levy Company to maintain strong fiscal discipline and clear financial insights amid complex project environments.

Prior to joining Levy, Lisa honed her accounting and financial leadership skills in various construction-related roles, managing the full spectrum from WIP calculations to cost tracking and revenue structuring. She’s recognized for bringing clarity, organization, and rigor to financial operations.

Based in San Antonio, Lisa is passionate about mentoring rising finance professionals and championing best practices in construction accounting. She is committed to continuous improvement, transparent communication, and driving value for clients and project teams alike.

Shawn Ziegler, Joe Bland Construction, CFO - Austin

Shawn J. Ziegler, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer at Joe Bland Construction, leveraging more than two decades of accounting and financial leadership within the construction industry. As a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Texas and California, Shawn guides the company’s financial strategy, oversight, and reporting, ensuring strong fiscal management across operations.

Shawn earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, magna cum laude, from California State University, Northridge, where he developed a strong foundation in accounting and finance. He remains an active member of the Austin Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), contributing to the advancement of financial excellence in construction.

In his current leadership role, Shawn is responsible for delivering high-level financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and analytical guidance to support Joe Bland Construction’s growth initiatives and project success. His dual-state CPA credentials and CFMA involvement position him as a trusted leader focused on driving accuracy, transparency, and strategic financial performance.

David Andrews, The Skiles Group, CFO - Dallas

David Andrews, CCIFP is the Chief Financial Officer at The Skiles Group, a national general contracting and Lean construction management firm headquartered in Richardson, TX, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Since joining the firm in 2019, he has led enhancements in financial planning, budgeting, strategy, risk management, and process optimization—culminating in his promotion to CFO in June 2024.

In his current role, David oversees financial planning, reporting, compliance, cash flow, risk management, and investment activities. He ensures that The Skiles Group’s financial strategies and performance align seamlessly with the company's growth objectives.

David earned his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, where he built a solid accounting and finance foundation. He is also a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) and previously served as President of the DFW chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
