In 1993, Charlie Kimmel graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina-Asheville receiving a BA in History. During the following 13 years, he worked his way through the ranks: as research assistant, recruiter, consultant, and corporate trainer, prior to being named COO in 2003. Six years later, Charlie assumed his role as President and was named CEO in 2012.
