As a longtime leader in Diversity Equity and Inclusion, corporate strategy, and marketing, Joffrey Wilson brings years of experience to the table and demonstrates his ability to manage businesses, establish strategy, and build highly effective teams. Over the last seven years at Mortenson, he has served as a Director in Corporate Strategy, Director of Strategy and Market Development of Integrated Energy Solutions, Director of DEI, and most recently as Mortenson’s Vice President of DEI, operating out of Minneapolis. He previously spent a number of years in Corporate Strategy and Marketing at both General Mills and Ford Motors. Joffrey’s comprehensive leadership skillsets have flourished over the years and continue to build each and every day through new experiences.
