With the current movement towards Progressive Design-Build delivery for major public projects, roles, responsibilities, and relationships among all project stakeholders are changing quickly. What is Progressive Design-Build? What does it mean for contractors, and how are sophisticated, public owners revising contract structures to support integrated delivery?
