Tuesday, October 24th from 7:30-11:30 am
Please join the Puget Sound CFMA Chapter, in partnership with AGC of Washington, for a Suicide Prevention Summit on October 24, 2017.
The Architecture/Engineering/Construction industries have the highest rate of suicides among all industries (6 times the rate of the US population as a whole) according to a study released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in 2016.
Progressive contractors with leading safety, mental health and wellness programs are embracing mental health and suicide prevention as the next frontier in construction safety. Join us on Tuesday, October 24, for a half day seminar to learn more about this life-saving initiative.
--Discover why suicide prevention is the next frontier in construction safety
--Learn how to integrate mental health, suicide prevention and addiction recovery into safety, health, wellness, employee benefits and labor relations in your company
--Meet community organizations that can help your construction company address suicide prevention and addiction recovery
